Question Nirtous on 2000 GS4

my previous car was a 2001 celica gts. intake, exhaust and NX kit
i ran a 75 shot with stock fuel pump and everything else stock.
i still have the nitrous kit and i plan to apply it to my gs4

so i was wondering if anyone here has set up nitrous in their GS400? and if running 100 shot on a stock GS4 will be ok? (i figure since its a V8 i can handle more nitrous with no problem) if anyone has experience with nitrous in a GS400 please let me know what mods i would need to be on the safe side.

from my search i feel it is safe to run a 75 shot but i just want to hear from a first hand experience.

i did do a seach but i didnt fine anyone who used nitrous on a gs4.

Thanks Guys!

yeah I have searched also... are you using a single fogger wet shot setup? That's what I have been looking into.

I ran a Zex wet 75 shot on my 3uzfe. It was fine. Internals on the 1uz can handle it.

I have a 97 SC400. I am running a Zex 125 Dry shot. I think if you are going to run a 100 shot you should run a high flow fuel pump and adjustable FPR. Also 2 step colder plugs would be a good idea. I personally would not run anything higher than a 50 shot, without theses mods. There are a few guys running Nitrous on SC400's.

Todd with TM, ran a 200 shot direct port kit on a SC4 a few years ago.

Another problem that some have had with Nitrous and the SuperChargers have been the transmissions hittting the rev limit before shifting.

my plan is one range colder plugs, 100hp wet shot dumped right before the throttle body.

or is it worthwhile to go with the direct port setup right up front?
