i was scanning through the l-tuned parts site and I see that PI makes a TC for a gs300. i wanted to increase the performance of my gs300 w/o paying the increased priced of going FI. opinions or additional info regarding upgrading the TC on a gs300 wanted PLEASE!

it's good stuff. the effect is not as noticeable as that for the gs400/430, but still you get decent amount of power increase

stock stall speed is 2700 (+ or - 150) for a GS/IS300. If you decide to do a TC, make sure you go with at least 3000 stall. Anything under that will be a waste of money.

I have the PI setup on my car with a 3000 stall speed and it's perfect for my FI. I know of a couple of IS300 guys and Supra TT guys who went with a 3200 with great results. Mainly for drag racing the car down the strip.

Also, don't forget to do the tranny cooler at the same time. Good luck.

would you guys suggest a transmission cooler with the TC mod, if so what kind?
