Just got my used TC! some questions about manual
I just got my TC from another member and he included the installation manual. What is confusing to me is there are a couple of pages that talk about transmission pump modifications
One page is titled 4L80E PUMP MODIFICATION
And the other is titled E40D/PRE-OBDll PUMP MODIFICATION
Do either of these things have anything to do with installing the TC on the 1999 GS400.

ps the install is set up for next Wed. I'm having trouble waiting

I know the 4l80e is a gm tranny so thats not it.I am not sure of the other tranny listed but it states pre obd2 which is 95' or older.
