Default Directions on how to flush radiator?

Is this correct?

1) Take off radiator cap. Open valve at bottom of radiator that has a hose attached to it. Drain. I heard there were 2 other valves?

2) Fill with distilled water. Should I recap radiator cap? Run car with heater on full. Then drain again. Do this at least 2 times.

3) Fill with coolant. Run car with heater on full until there is no more air in the system. How do I know when there is no more air in the system?

Should I use OEM toyota coolant with water wetter? Or is there a "better" coolant I can use?

Any other imporant details that I should know about? Thanks.
