Thinking about adding this Kit. I have already done the Line pressure Detent switch mods turning the Detent screw. Also going to have D3 do the TQ Lock up Tune mod.

Will this kit do any long term damage or extra stress to the 3.5 Auto RWD Trans? They ad it as help to reduce and increase reliability. Anyone who actually knows the facts? Not "narratives", but Facts? Thanks.

My understanding is these guy's used to build Lexus Race Transmissions.

Do a search on the the 2GS forum's. You'll see a lot of mentions of their work. Though those treads are about two decades ago. It may not be the same shop.

 

Yes I know about Level 10, and the Lexus Trans. They have done some that were here on CL many years ago. I don't want a very hard shift and Level 10 is likely major cost also. More wondering if the Mods helps the life or decreases it? Level 10 did a members here in Atlanta GS430's Turbo builds Trans.

 

Does anybody have either the Level 10 valve body or the TransGo shift kit for the IS350 installed on their vehicle? I have been considering doing this mod for a while now.
