w58 shifter housing swap to a soarer R154

I have a soarer R154 and a ma70 w58 can i swap the shifters from the w58 to the R154 to work in my mk3 supra can this be done ?

The shifter handle itself will interchange if the R154 is internally shifted. If its a tripod R154, the shifter will not interchange. If you mean the shifter housing, then no. They do not interchange.
