Default Ecu relearn? Or a further issue

95 sc400:so today i disconnected my negative battery terminal to clean my throttle body and maf sensor after cleaning and connecting it back the car ran like total garbage when i reversed the car shook alot and when stopped id feel jerking and throttle response was horrible any thoughts what it could be?

Inspect the maf to ensure there is no damage after cleaning it.
