Default Rear coolant leak. Heater valve?

I just noticed this coolant leak in my 94 SC300. I've searched a few threads and have some ideas, but just to be sure...

Is this a bad heater valve?
Or could it be just a hose that connects to the unit?

The car is old and I've recently had to replace the water by-pass hose for just cracking from age.

Yep, the heater valve. Common issue.
Doubt the hose is cracked, but check anyway.

Durps is correct, popular issue with the heater control valve.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the response.

Sorry for having to make an entire thread about it, I did search.... but I wanted to just be totally sure what I was facing before working on it.
