Default Help identify leak (pics)

I noticed that I was losing a little coolant here and there, and was having the heat not blowing too hot at idle. So i first changed the thermostat, thinking maybe that was the heat issue and coolant was separate. Now I've noticed water has been running down the hose coming from the heat control valve. I'm just not sure if I need to replace the valve and hose, or just the hose and clamp. I have a 93 ls400 with 161,000 btw
