Hi guys,
Starter went out on my 99 and after... 12 hours, I finally got the new starter in.
While taking off the hose in red, I snapped off part of the piece on the right of the hose.
Can someone ID this part? Thanks

I believe that's the heater control valve.

I'm not into those years but to me that looks like a heater coolant valve, heater water control valve, what ever you want to call it.

Help identifying heater valve 87240-50050
For a 1998-2000, part number is 87240-50090.
They have it labeled as Heater Water Control Valve. Local dealership wanted $120, but there was some on ebay for half the price.

I broke mine too, it cost 10 dollars at a salvage yard (I had to remove it)
