Default weird no idleing run like poop question

hey guys I can figure out many things, i really think a piece of my cat is clogging my xpipe in my exhaust. but incase there is other things that it might be here it goes

my car has been progressively running worse and worse since i heard a rattling under my car. (sounded like the firmiliar broken cat because i hit a curb or something) then after about 3 days the rattling stopped and this problem started happening

so i think the rattling part is clogging the exhaust.

symptoms:

6 out of 10 mornings or start intervals no idle unless I give it just a little bit of gas.

runs like poop unless i give it lots of gas.

will run normal but i definately need to give it 3 times the gas for same results.

if i let go of the gas 6 out of 10 days it will stall. if instead i give it just the slightest gas it stays running

please help.

I'm here for any LS1 swap type questions but i need some help with my 1U

Inspect/clean idle air control valve

pull the ecu out and open it. Look at the capacitors and see if there is corrosion where they are fixed to the board.

drink better beer than miller

I'm defiantly going to check the exhaust, the once jingley sound than now sounds like an exhaust leak but there in no leak, it's coming from inside the exhaust.

But I like the idea of looking at the iac
