Im Having the exact same problem... did you figure it out?

I unplugged my coils and the car ran differently as well as each spark plug wire..

I unplugged the maf and there was no change at all

Problem Solved!!!

ECU was bad.. must of been a capacitor I didn't see...

Big help on the LS forum, if you have this problem...

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead. Im having this problem and so far checked my maf sensor, replace the ecu, changed the igniters, change o2 sensors and now im about to change plugs and wires
