Take out the lower dash trim and the steering wheel surround. If you are looking at the steering wheel, there is a connector on the left side of the steering column with 2 wires (red and green i think). Disconnect the connector and put 12v to the motor. If it doesnt go down, switch the polarity and do it again. Good luck and be careful.

in our LS we turn the car off for a few minutes with the key out.
then turn the car on and pull the control down and if ur lucky it will go down.
o ya dont forget to turn off ur AUTO postition thing. so u dont have to do my idea over and over or LexusFTW's thing.
