Default New mounts and Vibration

After I installed the NA MKIV mounts (after a motor swap) and I have noticed vibration in the car at idle similar to my supra with solid mounts but not to the same extreme. Anyone else have vibration issues after installing MKIV mounts? I checked all the bolts and nuts that hold the engine and tranny and driveshaft. I can't figure out whats it's from.

Thanks

well your old mounts were old and soft and the mk4 mounts are probably stiffer because they are new so its not surprising. find someone with solid motor mounts. after that you will appreciate what you have.

Thats what I was thinking. The lexus is a luxury car so if yours didn't vib after installation my car should still feel smooth, absent of these vibrations.

I can't figure out what it is. I tightened the mounts on the top and the bottom. I also got the transmission bracket bolts. Drive shaft is tight but that shouldn't matter since vibrations happen at idle.

Would uneven tightening of the bolts on the torque converter cause vibrations?

I installed the TRD mounts for the Supra....I have some vibration. Not too terrible but its more than with the stock mounts.

When I'm sitting at a stoplight it will vibrate to a point that the stock radio vibrates in it's enclosure and make noises. My gasmilage is down about 80 miles too, but there are no codes. I'm gonna check the tps for correct voltage.
