Wierdest problem ever
2 weeks ago my battery dies on me but, all the ACC functions were still operational. The radio and HIDS still worked.
I tried to Jump start it, but it didn't work. So i push started it. BINGO. Next day i went out and bought a new battery.
Last night same thing happens again. All the ACC functions still work; Lights, radio, etc. I just got the battery checked and it's at full charge.
After i pushed started it last night, everything worked. i turned it off and it started back up again.
Whats wrong with my car???
The only add on's i have are HIDs and a Clifford alarm( it wouldn't even start in valet mode).

Have you checked the clutch fail safe switch that keeps it from powering the starter if the clutch is not completely depressed? It's either that, or a bad starter/solenoid.
Not a lot of info to work with.

Starter would be another good problem source.

i agree with the starter... my talon had the exact same problem and i had a brand new optima....i mean it could be the clutch switch as well but it sounds more like a starter problem

I had the same problem, where my car would start up perfectly one day and the next it wouldn't start up. It may be the connection in the starter. Before you buy a new starter, have a performance shop check the connections in your starter. You will save a lot more money if you have them rebuild your starter.
