im so sad. i was driving normal about 45mph on residential street...minding my own business and smoking a stogie, i changed lanes...then my car felt like it had a tremendous force holding me back...then i can hear my motor start to putter..i tried to gas it a little to see what happens, but it seems like its lacking power...and wen i am at a red light with my breaks in, i can feel that my car is ''jumpy'' or twitchin...if i had an exhaust, my car wouldve sound like a wrx! can any u guys help me on this situation? my guess is a dead cylinder, or timing problems...oh yeh, forgot to mention, i cleaned my engine today with some GUNK...does that affect anything? thanks!

That stuff is very acidic, could have gotten it into one of your wiring harness plugs or something of that nature and caused a malfunction. If your check engine light on?
nah, no check engine light is on...can this be water or anything getting into my spark plug wires? i basically cleaned my whole engine bay and things and used very minimal water...any suggestions what i should do?
i say check the distributer or in english terms cap and rotor if you get alittle water on that it can make a difference that happen to my crx si when i had it like 5 years ago check to. see if you can see moisture or water in there
I clean my engine often (once a month). I always mask off the electrical boxes, switches,etc... Sounds as if you have water in a switch ,plugs, wires, etc... I would unplug everything and dry. I used compressed air in the past.

so nothing serious right? if i dried it and everything it would run good again?
You should be fine. I would not continue to drive it until fixed . Focus on the spark plugs (remove them and dry) and then the dist cap. Compressed air will make things much easier than trying to fit dry rags into the little spots.
Gunk works very well and I use it often, just be careful where you use it and mask off areas. I use plastic shopping bags to wrap around fuse box, tps, etc..
