Default Please HELP!! 1998-up SC400 Power Steering Pump Question

Hi,

Last weekend I ordered a new Autozone ATSCO Rebuilt PS Pump for my car. Strangely, the pump came with an extra high pressure fitting (3 holes instead of 2). I did not notice this at first so I proceeded to install it. As you probably have guessed, it spewed the fluid right out upon turning my wheels for the first time in preparation to bleed the PS Fluid . After I found this out, I returned the pump to Autozone and they recommended I try one off a 1992-1997. They guy actually looked it up under a 1993 SC400. I made sure the pump did not have the 3rd hole (2nd high pressure fitting), which it didn't. The only issue I am concerned about now are the two bolt holes in the rear of the pump that mount at a 45 degree angle. Does anyone know what the difference or can clarify if a 1993 pump will fit the 1998 motor? I have searched all over CL but my car may probably be the only 1998-up SC with this problem (232k miles). Most of the information is for 1992-97 SC400's which I assume should use the same PS pump. Is this assumption wrong? Please HELP!! Thanks in advance.

Anybody have info on the differences between a 1993 and 1998 SC400 Power Steering pump (if any)? I am just stuck on this question. I have looked all over the place and found nothing. I just don't want to have to remove the existng pump if I know the new one won't fit.

Perhaps some expert tech advise is needed.
