Default Valve cover gasket leaking

Yo sup people I just went to install new plugs on my car i pulled the spark plug wire out and the boot was covered in oil, the valve cover grommets are gone Right? an another question do what part of the intake do you remove to replace the spark plugs and valve cover grommets another thing can i reuse the throtle body gasket? please help thanks peeps

tb and y portion needs to be removed

you can resue the metal gasket

3 or a 4, it really depends on how mechanically inclined you are.
