I'm in a similar situation and am calling around now to install some Swift lowering springs for my IS3. Did you end up finding anyone that you could recommend?

Did any of you find a place to go to or recommend one you’ve found?
If you’re willing to make a trek to the Tacoma area, Rolf’s has 3 locations — Tacoma, Fife, and Lakewood — website below:
Pierce County Auto Repair - Rolf's Import Auto Service
I don’t have first-hand knowledge but their google reviews seem positive at 4.8 avg.
I’ve only had my Lexus since Oct and decided to make the trek to Lexus Seattle for service as I was not impressed with the the other 2 that have the same owner. .
If you’ve had a better experience with the other two then I’m glad you did — please share your experience and might give them another chance.
I would not recommend Lexus of Tacoma or Lexus of Bellevue. They are overpriced with mediocre service. If I had to take it to a dealer, I'd take it to Lexus of Seattle. That said, Tam Tech Auto in Kirkland did my suspension mods and I highly recommend them. I'll be taking it to them after this last service I have. They're a small shop but their prices are fair and he does a good job. He doesn't have a website but can be found on Instagram at @tamtechauto
Okay, so I was right about those two. When I bought my NX it only came with one key fob so I got them on sale online from Bell Lexus and made an appt at Tacoma-Fife to have the fob programmed and the key cut. After waiting too long they came out and told me they would program the fob but would NOT cut the key. I asked why bc they were bought from a Lexus dealership and I purposely left them unopened in original packaging with OEM #s and they still wouldn’t do it. Their reason was bc they cut outside keys before and it messed up their key cutter, so they’re only cutting keys purchased from them. In my head I called BS but let it go. We waited over 2 hrs just to have fob programmed. I asked if they did military discount and was told unfortunately, the owner stopped that program.
Needless to say, Lexus Seattle was very helpful and still honors military discount so it was worth our drive up there to get proper service.
Good to know about Tam Tech Auto — so thanks for that. I am willing to drive up there if needed in the future as I haven’t gotten any referrals down here (Pierce County) except for AutoFX for any future mods.

In Post #6 @hapyhar0ld highly recommended Tam Tech Auto in Kirkland as he used them for his suspension, but not sure where you're located.
