Talking Lexus of **********
Went in to get a wheel lock key and was told over the phone it would cost me 27.99. When I went in today, the guy went and checked my rim and gave it to me for free. Just wanted to say thanks that was awesome, hope some of you guys are on here to see my appreciation for the Lexus family.

very nice man, i wish i had that luck, usually when im quoted over the phone, when i get to places they get more expensive, and the mysterious man on the phone wasnt at work that day. ahaha

Thanks for the advice llamaboiz. As for the key itself, I bought the car used and never thought of checking for it, then when I needed it, it was gone.

The wheel locks do come with the cars and are supposed to be located in the trunk with the spare tire, but sometimes when you buy used you forget to check for everything.

Good news. I actually misplaced my wheel lock once and the local dealership also gave me a free one when I went by.

how come you removed the dealship name. they did a good thing, you're not bashing them. i think it's good to tell people about their experiences with certain dealerships.
