While I am no expert at this, there is a small chance that the 12v battery is low. A voltage issue has been known to cause this.

Your car is still under warranty, so reaching out to your dealer (even via phone) is not a bad option.

Yes, you right, looks like it's battery issue, I just give a few run to get charged, now the waring sign is gone. Was wondering why the battery gets low since only run for 6000 miles...

Few reasons - parasitic draw, could be due to a many number of things. Dashcam install, 3rd party accessories, bad relays, bad computer, bad wiring - so many issues, no real answer. It could just have been a bad battery (bad chemistry).
I've had a Honda Civic that had a battery in it for the past 6 years, and a Honda Pilot with a battery that only lasted 2, then 6 - same (Costco) battery.

You can do a parasitic draw test with a multimeter (current) to see what's going on, but I'd just ask the service guys at Lexus to look into it, it is free, and you have a video as proof.

Sounds good. Thank's for sharing, it's really helpful. I think I will go the service for Lexus technician to check would be better 🙂
