Try

iPhone Instructions

  1. Go to your settings app
  2. Tap at top to open search bar – enter “noise”
  3. Scroll to “phone noise cancellation”
  4. If it is off turn it on
  5. Ensure phone volume is near or at the highest setting
  6. Ensure the Bluetooth audio is set to around 28-32. Test and set during active phone call
  7. Test volume settings with phone calls to each other while phone user is in vehicle and car is on, to see if this helps

Try for S7
Open the "Settings" app on your Galaxy S7. Scroll down and tap on "Sounds and vibration." Look for "Sound quality and effects" or a similar option. Within this menu, you should find the "Noise reduction" setting.

I'll do that maybe tomorrow, thanks. It's an S10e, by the way.

I'm still not finding it. Assuming I do, are we wanting to turn noise reduction on or off?

I was wondering if anyone has found a solution to the cell phone echo issue when connected via bluetooth. I have no problems when connected via android auto, but when it is connected blue tooth the person on the other ends gets a very obnoxious echo. Thanks.
