Default bluetooth phone suggestions?

I am on T-mobile and im getting ready to get rid of this Sidekick of mine and find a bluetooth cell phone to go with the car.

personally i hate the razors and its annoying that u have to transfer the phone book entries ONE BY ONE AHHH.

any other alternatives?

Cool

I have T-Mobile and have the Motorola V330 cell phone. Haven't had any problems with it and the car. It was easy to pair it with the car and download the phone numbers.

What about the PEBL? That has bluetooth and it's a decent phone. What else do you want in a phone besides bluetooth? Flip? Slider? Smartphone? High quality camera?

im really considering the samsung t509 its kinda too thin for my taste but it looks cool.

at first i wanted another phone like mysidekick with the keyboard but its just all so expensive and u need to add more to ur plan in order take full advantage fothe phone (ie. tmobile MDA)

If you go with a RIM (BlackBerry) phone, make sure it runs BlackBerry software version 4.01 or higher. V.4.00 does not sync the phone book!

get the samsung d600. i currently have it. and love it.

http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_d600-1103.php

the only problem is.. its not really a tmobile phone, its a unlocked samsung meaning u can put a tmobile or cingular sim card and it will both work. the bad thing is you wont be getting any discounts from the retail price since there is no "provider". i got mine for $350. thats including shipping.

I'm also in the same boat. I'm with Sprint so if anyone knows of a good/cheap bluetooth enabled phone with Sprint, I'd appreciate the advice.

Not necessarily the cheapest, but I have a Treo 650 from Sprint and it works great. Not to mention how awesome the phone is.

However I did have to transfer my phone book one by one. I'm not sure what phones can do the whole phonebook all at once.

Ahh yes. Cell phones. If you want to get information on cell phones, I highly recommend this forum:

http://www.howardforums.com/

It's possibly the largest forum out there. I personally have a Samsung D600. The screen is one of the best out there, and their cameras are second to sony ericcsons (sony ericcsons are on par with many digital cameras, and the samsungs are close). When I was getting my phone, I was literally spending hours and hours going back and forth between phones...and I'm happy with the phone I picked. I can't wait for the Nokia N91 - 4 GB harddrive, music-specific keypad, Bluetooth stereo streaming, 2 Megapixel camera up to 1600x1200, etc etc.

the sprint blade [samsung A900] kicks much razr ***. sprint rates are better than cingular as is the service. bought my wife the razr for xmas and it blows. bought her the blade and me one too and its the bomb. cingular sucks.
