I also called a local hitch store and confirmed that no drill required for 2022 Lexus NX 350h. I'm gonna looking around for a store letting me try the hitch just to make sure no drilling or cutting whatsoever.
ote:
Year Make/Model/Style
2021 - 2022 Lexus, NX250, All Styles
2021 - 2022 Lexus, NX350, Except F Sport
2021 - 2022 Lexus, NX350h, All Styles
2021 - 2022 Lexus, NX450h+, Except F Sport
2019 - 2022 Toyota, RAV4, All Styles
I have a 450h+ (not F Sport). I just ordered the 376201 from etrailer.com. See it here: https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Hitch/Draw-Tite/76201.html.

They don't confirm it's a fit for our NX vehicles but they do confirm the Curt C13416 does fit all RAV4s - including the Prime. I looked under the rear of my car and the only thing I can see that's different in ours vs. the 2022 RAV4s is the exhaust tips (we have none?) and bumper trim.

It looks like an easy install. I'll post my findings.

Well since I'm semi desperate to get a damn bike rack on this NX, I went ahead and also pulled the trigger on the Draw-Tite hitch (76201). Fingers crossed that it fits!

I had a U-Haul dealer install the draw tight 2 inch hitch on my 450 H this morning. He said it fit fine and that there are the expected pre-drilled holes on the frame to install it.

looks fine. The cross tube is behind the trim. The hitch receiver comes down a bit and the top of the 2 in.² tube is about 13 inches above the ground. If I have a chance and I can figure it out I can add pictures.

The only hitch (pun intended) is that the kick open for the back liftgate is very intermittent and unreliable. I got it to work a few times but it seems if I do the exact same motion in the exact same place to the side of the receiver tube it may not work even if it worked earlier, either doing nothing or giving me a couple beeps as if the liftgate thinks it’s being asked to open against a brick wall. Not a dealbreaker for me though I’m inclined to perhaps have the dealer see if they can rejuvenate that with the hitch in place next time I need to take it in for its regular service.

Oh nice!!! thanks a lot for the feedback. I have my installation scheduled with U-Haul tomorrow afternoon and I'm so happy to see you've done it and the hitch fits well. yup the kick open sensor is going to be an issue but we'll figure it out.

By the way the total charge with installation and the U-Haul lifetime warranty for hitches what is $279. That’s including taxes in California.

The 2000 towing option does not include the hitch. The activity mount is a 1" receiver and will hold one maybe 2 bicycle's. The 2" hitch mount is currently not available from Lexus.

Welcome to the... party?

My Draw-tite shows up tomorrow. I should be able to install it sometime either Sunday or after work next week. I'll snag some photos

I got the Draw-Tite #76201 hitch installed two days ago and it's not bad. you DO need to drop the exhaust in order to bolt the hitch though. BTW, U-haul website has the same hitch available for 2022 Lexus NX series now. so folks can just go ahead order the hitch and get it installed there. their price is quite good.

Do y'all mind posting pictures of the draw tite hitch install? That is great news! How about the wiring harness install?

I just ordered mine and reserved an install date at Uhaul! Total price with labor, warranty, and the hitch is $274.51. Way cheaper than I expected.

seems to me this price is just for the hitch itself. Don’t be surprised if they hit you with an installation fee.

Well UPS has put my Draw-Tite in the wind at the moment. Delivery date was supposed to be yesterday, and now it is "We'll update you when we have a date".... aka they lost it
