I know this has been discussed a lot, but

I just got a 2026 NX 350H. It did not come with courtesy lights. I’m looking to add some but not interested in any logo lights.

I just want a bright light but I’m having trouble finding them. Any ideas where I can find them?

Of note, make sure whatever you buy, it uses the newer smaller plug design, older Toyota Lexus vehicles had a larger plug.
You can see in this video, some will come with both sizes of plug ins.

 

Not a Lexus owner (considering one) so forgive my ignorance. The car door does not have a courtesy light installed but has the wiring and a covered cutout hole where it should go?
I saw the video with the light installation instructions from the link and they simply plugged the light into an already cut hole.

 

Yes bizarre my wife's 2023 NX 350h had a black plastic plug in the door. How much would have added to the cost by putting in two lights, I replaced with bright logo lights. Takes 60 seconds to do each door.

 

They did this so they could offer you an 'Lexus Accessory' to purchase for way too much money so your car could be special and unique and your wallet even more lighter than before!

Shame on Lexus. It is a $50+K car for crying out loud!

 

I liken it to those long snaking checkout isles that remind me of a corn field maze.

While you're entrapped in the line they offer you all kinds of over priced junk food and stupid little items like combs, flashlights, key chains, plastic sunglasses.

 

Just get yourself the one with a logo, then disassemble it and pull that film with logo out, and you will end up with just a light without any logo.

 

It does have a courtesy light on the doors on my NX. Not sure about the base package though.
