I paid for the Lexus app remote connect. It wants me to go to car and it says it will send either a thing to scan on my phone to activate it or an 8 digit number to activate it. Phone is connected to Lexus Bluetooth but it never sends anything to scan or a number. It just has the little spinning thing in the middle like it is waiting for the activation code. Has anyone dealt with this and what was the fix.

 

I recently had the same issue. The solution I found after a google search was to look for the option to reinstall all apps. Once u reinstalled all apps the qr code would pop up.
