Programing changes to request at 6 month service?
We're coming up on our 6 month scheduled service and I know you can ask for programming changes.
Some I have seen (and will be requesting) are:
· Pass turn signal - change from the default 3 flashes to 5
· Key fob unlock button to when you hold it down for three seconds all the windows and moonroof open
Are there others you have requested?
Is there a a comprehensive list of what you can request?

You can't program windows to close at all, like others thought, it's a safety factor. Just program to go down or open with key fob.
Keep in mind that there's quite a bit you can change within your settings screen as well already. If the dealer can change only it is mentioned as such. See Customizable Features Section 10-2 in your manual as well.
PS its a good idea to download the PDF's of your manuals from the Lexus site and refer to them on your computer where it's much easier to do a search for words and quickly find items in the 800+ page manual!

If your car has the auto-retract/extend feature on the steering wheel, I recommend disabling that. I have disabled it on all our cars.
Most people don’t find it really useful at all. If someone tends to hold the wheel when ingressing/egressing the car, it can put bad wear on the mechanism which is pricey to fix if out of warranty. You will still be able to move the wheel and it will re-set with the seat pre-sets; it just won’t telescope/raise with each key on/off.
That’s the only user customization I know that is a “good idea,” all others really are just personal taste and you have to just go through the list.

You can turn off Steering wheel movement upon exit in your settings, dealer doesn't need to do it, you can yourself.
Go to the gear symbol which is Settings then Boarding and Exit in here you can change seat and wheel settings for entry and exit.

If you search for "customizable" in the beast of a manual, it will bring up the relevant section and you can click to jump to it.
Turned off steering wheel and seat movement on exit. If it's set to where you like it, why is this necessary?
Next I'll turn down the sensitivity of the Intuitive Parking Assist as well as the volume. It fires off way too much when I try to park into my garage.
Oh, and I'll think I'll just have my lights turn off on engine off. Should be marginally better for the 12 volt battery.
During the 2nd free oil change at 5k miles, I'll request 5 turn signal blinks instead of 3.

See down at bottom of my response. Here's Customizable Features pages in PDF from my '22 manual. Note column B means the dealership has to make changes
Here also is a great part 1 and part 2 complete lowdown on all the features on the '22-'25 NX
I've time stamped Part 2 for 1:22:21 Hopefully the link works if not fast forward to that time. That is where the vehicle customize settings start. So on your centre screen select the gear icon (Settings) then Vehicle then Customize

My own "hidden" option customizations:
- Switched the power mirrors to retract with the power button instead of the door locks. Very useful for me parking in a garage where the extra clearance helps me open the door near the central vac canister.
- Increased number of flashes for lane change on turn signal
- Changed the hatch release button in the car to open with a short press instead of a long press
