is is a matter of opinion barge versus sleek cruiser
Surprisingly, RX 350h owners feel the ride quality is much better than that of the NX. The RX 350h is equipped with a more advanced suspension system and must have some additional soundproofing materials, contributing to a smoother and quieter ride. I'm just curious about the details.
Yes, RX is very quiet and refined - nn disagreement there.

@AM123 I completely agree with you about the RX 350h attributes you mention; the RX is a very refined and quiet car. The RX seems huge to me almost overwhelming. The NX seems big to me. I am use to the size of the Ford Focus RS I still have and the Golf R I used to have. I also have a 2023 Toyota Prius LE now which I love the smaller size, the lightness in the steering and the pep when accelerating; it is fun to drive . The Prius has the TNGA platform and has a very smooth ride, has Toyota level 3 safety and is very quiet almost Lexus like. I drive it mostly now. Actually the NX is at my Lake/National Woods house garaged with a trickle charger on the 12 volt battery.
A cracked windshield costing 15000 is insane. My insurance covered both (Progressive) and out of pocket it would have been $2k USD. Both were OEM. I suggest you look for a different shop to do business with. My first windshield was done by an Independent shop.
I have a tire kit in my trunk, as well as AAA towing. I live and commute all in the city so a tire shop would not be far from wherever I go.

We replaced the NX with a new one. It cost close to $15000 to do that …. That was my statement. We got a new windshield and vehicle to go along with that.
My 2024 RX 350h is super quiet super smooth. Have always loved the CVT transmissions. I think it's funny how somebody says a transmission that shifts through 6 to 8 to 10 gears is smoother than a transmission that has zero shifting.
Every time I drive my 2024 NX350h, I smile knowing I am much happier driving it than I was the barge-like 2022 RX350 F-Sport that was constantly changing gears...
Sure, my ears are old, but I have not noticed the NX being any louder than the RX, and I really appreciate the comparative nimbleness of the NX.
