Default Center console removal to install wireless charging

Has anyone purchased one of these and installed? It really bothers me that wireless charging doesn’t work right. I’m thinking of buying one of these to install but not sure how difficult it would be. Are there any write ups or vids showing how to take apart the center console to not damage anything to get one of these in?

Doesn’t matter. It’s a very slow charger even when it’s working. Looking to replace with the fast wireless charger.

The charger on 24 Rx is I believe the new faster version, but it still can not maintain the battery charge level while the phone is connected through Android Auto.

With that being said, I have a "Fast" aftermarker charger in my other car and it is even worse. I find the only reliable way I can keep my samsung charged is by wire

My 2024 seems to work better than the 2022 MY. I don't know if they change something but with the 22 it wouldn't stay connected. The light kept flashing as though it lost connectivity, move it and it would reconnect but again, lose connection again. In the 2024 it has been rock solid.

Hopefully you will have better luck with this one from aliexpress. Good Price!

I have a samsung S 23+ and have no problem charging even when connected to AA. My phone even gets very warm just as if it were connected to my fast charger at home. Always shows charging on bottom right of infotainment screen.

Using a $10 connection to a USB port would be a lot cheaper and less frustrating. Just saying.

Does anyone know if the door still slides open and closed with this aftermarket charger so we can still have access to storage underneath??
