Finally, got some free time to get this aftermarket installed into my NX 350h Premium (which did not have one originally)
Installation is pretty straightforward, nothing complicated. See attached pictures for details
Not sure I would have gone through taking the front half of the car apart. The charging effort isn't worth that much. I have the factory charger and rarely use it. Not because it doesn't work, but because my iPhone 14 Pro maintains a decent charge throughout the day. I typically charge it at night and it holds all day.
Nice. I won't change mine until post warranty. I will have to live with the temp solution until Lexus decides to change it or after warranty, I might do it.
Yes! It's looking much more better in person and not only it's adding the wireless charging to the car, but also a stand usb port and a ucb-c port as well
I've been in some long trip and didn't "sub" to the Lexus GPS, so rely mainly on my phone Android Auto (and Carplay) and hate the wire cable, I've used the "wireless charging mat" which I've already posted somewhere in this forum, but it's looking so cheap inside the Lexus
All-in-all, it toke me about an hour from start to finish, the only screws that you will need to deal with is to replace the charging trade.
After watching the LSFT video "It Finally works", I took my car in to the dealer with a screen shot of the replacement charger number. They ordered it and two days later it was installed (no charge) and has been working for the past four days. So glad to get the info from LSFT's video.

Very impressive job, especially done in an hour! I have found the factory ones to always be a little glitchy. Thanks for the photo progress.
You will need sometime to replace the phone to it best location On the charger for it to work, charging speed is about the same as others wireless chargers.

Same goes for this one, sometime you will have to replace your phone On the charger, but overall it's a good investment with more USB ports and premium looking.

So I guess they're about the same. The repositioning you mention is annoying, but I'd still rather have one than not. Since I rely on Android Auto the whole time I'm driving, it uses a significant amount of phone battery and I need to have it charging, one way or another.

until now I only have to reposition one time when the charger flashed orange and it will stay charged until the end, a bit annoying but it's the same with my mat charger
