Default playing music from a USB stick

Hey guys, my wife has a 2023 NX350. I put in a USB stick with music on it and when we go into the Sources in the menu, it doesn't see the USB stick. Does this vehicle not have this ability? I'd check the manual but I don't have it today.

I had the same issue as first and my memory stick is a 256G it work completely fine. When you format the drive format it as Fat32 format. It MUST be FaT32 otherwise the car will not read the drive.

I currently don’t have my computer with me. But I search up Fat32 format and I downloaded an app which allow me to do it.

I used the free version of Mini Tool Partition Wizard for formatting to FAT32, but there are several other free tools available as well, or just use a powershell command:
