so when I was scheduling my NX350H for its 6months scheduled maintenance at the dealership (GTA, Ontario, Canada) that I’m leasing the car from, the dealership sent me the maintenance costs for the first 4 years. Do you guys find these prices are reasonable? I think it’s a ripoff, especially the prices of the services recommended by Lexus are much cheaper than this one. Where do you guys usually go for maintenance? Do I have to stick with this dealership because I’m leasing the car from them or am I free to service it at any lexus dealer? Can I service it at a Toyota dealer since there’s one close by my house?
I have the same car. Somewhere online I found the following prices for maintenance, but probably these prices are in USD.
Prices that OP posted are outrageous,
I am in the US. IMO most of these prices are just check this and check that, except Brake Fluid and oil change.
I never go to the dealer for services except warranty works. I don't lease and buy cars outright, so I just do the necessary items and keep records.
Cabin Air filter for $200? Wow. Fuel induction service for $300 (not necessary IMO)? wow again. Alignment for $200? To me these are grossly overpriced.
Considering that this is CAD (multiply by 0.75 to get USD), it looks reasonable for a car in this class.
I'm sure the Toyota dealer can handle basic service. But you may not get the same level of service (e.g. Lexus loaner). Do the Toyota dealers have access to Lexus service bulletins? Otherwise you'd have to stay on top of that yourself.

Yes, I realized this CAD. But still. I have owned my 2017 Lexus ES350 for 5.5 years. Only gone to dealer twice on 2 free oil changes. Brake fluid, coolants, transmission fuild drain/refill at 30K miles, regular oil change has been done by independent shops.........air filter, cabin filter are done by myself. For hybrid, the hybrid battery filter should be checked/cleaned/replaced regular as well as the hybrid battery coolant.
I have never leased nor financed a car, so I don't know what the maintainance requirements are.
I mostly go to my local Lexus dealer sometimes Toyota dealer which is closer. I never go in and say I want a 15,000 mi service or 20,000 mi service. I get the oil changed every 10,000 miles along with a tire rotation. I bring my own Mobil 1 oil and Toyota filter and they charge me $35 for labor for the oil change and $20 for the tire rotation. I change the cabin and engine air filters twice over 50,000 miles which takes less than 5 minutes and combined cost $40. At 30,000 miles I get the brake fluid changed for $120. In summary for 50,000 miles my maintenance cost is $625.
I am in GTA as well. No you are not obligated to goto the dealer for maintenance on a lease. Bring it to your own trusted mechanic if you have one.

I posted above Lexus maintenance prices and I believed these were US prices, but they are actualy prices in Ontario by Don Valley North Lexus. Please check their prices online: https://www.donvalleynorthlexus.com/annual-maintenance/
These are crazy prices. I am on West end of GTA and the local Lexus prices are far less than these. I would not go to this dealer. It is a rip off.
Service 2 is basically an oil change which is about $120 + taxes, I did service 3 on my RX couple of months ago and it was $350.
You can service at a Toyota Dealer, but many Lexus dealers in GTA also own a Toyota dealer and their Toyota dealerships refuse to work on Lexus since they lose the "Lexus mark up".
remember that dealerships are private and will charge whatever the market bears.
Shop around, call around. Worth the 1/2 extra drive.

OP, could you please share your dealer name.
I actually called a few dealers around GTA and they gave me prices similar to the one you provided, but I noticed that these prices are for basic maintenance (e.g oil change etc), the detailed list I originally posted from my dealer includes prices for brakes servicing (which is insanely expensive IMO to pay almost 1500$ or 2000$ for a service) so I don’t know if that list from donvalley dealer is just to hook you up and then tell you the price of the detailed maintenance service at the end of your appointment or it’s actual costs without any surprises! Any how, I have Toyota dealer right by my house who I really trust, I think I will just service it there and just keep maintenance records till the end of the lease

I have a simple solution, get rid of the car before it needs any service---------that's my plan. My wife "had to have" a Lexus NX 350 Lux loaded. Now all she drives is my 2022 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E "Black Edition" pick up. It will be back to the BMW M5 next year. The 6 month old NX has about 1,300 miles on it-----------------to many Tech problems Lexus has no clue how to fix.

Steve Jobs is rumored to have changed cars every 6 months so his car never needed plates. I guess it probably never needed service either.
