I am having a problem w Pandora Premium and the Lexus Enform App suite on my 2018 nx300. I have called Lexus and gone to the dealer, to no avail. I've upgraded to the 2.0 suite on my android. I've deleted my credentials, etc.

The issue seems to be simple, when I use the free Pandora, it works flawlessly. But my premium account will not play anything. It just shows a loading circle that endlessly hangs.

It seems clear to me that it's specific to the way the Enform app handles a premium account, because the Pandora Premium on my phone works fine, and I can connect it to my car via BT without issue.

But I want the Enform app to work. What can I do?

 

I was on the phone with support 3 times today trying to get the App Suite to work. The gentleman told me he'd recommend I don't use Pandora. He said it is too hard on the system and will cause other issues as it takes forever to download. He suggested I unlink my Pandora account from app suite and play through my iphone. Needless to say that is what I will do, but found it a bit frustrating. I just got my RX450h this past weekend and while I love the car, I'm really not impressed with the App Suite or the Navigation and I'm hoping it will get better with time.
