Are there any Pandora Plus or Premium subscribers and can you tell me whether you get unlimited skips with a paid Premium subscription? As of now, unlimited skips seem only to be available from your pc or mobile device but not when running through Lexus Enform. App Suite.

 

I have paid premium and on my iPhone at least it seems I can hit a wall on how how many skips I can do in hour. I thought it was something like 10 or so.

it's not an issue with the car, it is an issue with the licensing from Pandora and your mobile device.

FWIW there is a work around.. create multiple "channels" with similar genre, go in and edit the channel using the add variety option and add bands to it you want to hear in the channels.. make several identical channels, and when skipping is locked out from one channel flip to the next channel, as skip lock outs are channel specific, i.e.. you are only blocked from skipping on that channel until the hour is up.


I have 5 channels that are basically identical for this reason.. while I love Pandora and exclusively use it for music in the car, a lot of times they play songs/bands I don't care for. While normally I don't hit the wall on skipping, there are times when Pandora will start to repeat the same song several times in an hour, and then I want to skip past the repetitiveness
