Make sure to register on both Lexus drivers and Lexus Enform ( Yes it is a pain, they are trying to fix this). then pair phone, make sure app is active on phone, open up enform app suite on the car.
If all fails, go back to your Lexus dealer and talk to a Lexus Technology Specialist ( LTS), who should help you out..- Ryan, LTS, Lexus of Melbourne, Melbourne FL
I had same issue - couldn't pair what I put on MyDestination with the Nav in car.
I finally found my folders to download in POI, not in addresses.
BUT - I can't use the Pandora App in Enform. Or if I am using it, I certainly do not understand what it does.
If I have my phone connected via bluetooth, if I open Pandora on my phone it plays in car.
When I try to use Enform in car via the App, it gives me a message that an app has to be running on my phone.
But, as mentioned, if running on my phone, it plays in car regardless of the App.
So just what do these Apps differen than a bluetooth connected phone?
ALso, I noticed that when Enform is active on my phone, the phone gets very hot, and battery drains quickly.

Another weird thing I found out, if you are charging your phone, you can't play Pandora in the app suite, because the system thinks you are trying to play it through your phone. so unless you get some kind of adapter to charge your phone, you can't charge your phone or have it connected to the aux or usb and play Pandora at the same time. Again see your local LTS, it is a free service and they are glad to help !- Ryan, LTS, Lexus of Melbourne, Melbourne FL

That's pretty awful - kinda makes Enform useless on any kind of long trip. SInce Enform drains phone battery quickly, you need to have it plugged in to charge if driving any distance. So in that case, can't use Pandora? Awful! It seems these problems have been known for a long time - isn't Lexus doing anything about it?
Edit to add that I just had Enform App open so I could use Pandora for about 45 mins. Used 20% of my iPhone battery!
That is totally unacceptable!
LEXUS - what ya gonna do?
