Anyone know exactly where to turn off the freeway exit list popup on a 2018 NX w/navi? Whenever I get on the freeway, the right side of my split screen automatically switches from whatever it was on to the freeway exit list. It's a bit annoying when you know where you're going. Tried looking on other areas of the forums but I don't seem to find the specific option in my detailed navi settings that others talk about over in the RX and IS forums.
The manual shows that you can click on the speaker button in the map display to turn it off. The manual does not say whether that is a permanent or temporary choice.

Sorry for the dumb question but what section is that in the manual? I saw something in the navi manual about the freeway exit list and what it does, but nothing about how to turn it off.
I have a '15 and that is on page 129 in that manual, but it's in a section titled Route Guidance/Route Guidance Screen/During Freeway Driving/When Approaching Freeway Exit or Junction. In looking more closely in the car yesterday, you select the double arrow to Hide, sort of like the Hide view arrow on the perimeters of Adobe, Speaker button to return the screen.

Thanks! But I think this is only for instances when the navigation system is actively guiding you to a destination. The freeway exit list pops up for me whenever I enter a freeway, even when navigation is not active so it always changes my side screen from whatever I was on to the navi side screen. I'll try to ask one of their "technology specialists" the first time I bring mine in for a service but I'll just ignore it in the meantime. Happy new year!

I also would also LOVE to know the answer to this. My selling dealer wasn't any help. Probably the most frustrating thing about this vehicle (yet I know it must be a setting, SOMEWHERE!)
I have a 2018 and I haven’t been able to find any settings to turn this off. I did notice that once you close out of it the first time, I doesn’t come back for the remainder of the drive. Still, I’d rather it not pop up at all.
Try going into Setup>Navigation> Choose what to display on Nav screen. I'm away from my vehicle, but I recall being there about 2 weeks ago.
They surely are trying to sell you on all kinds of "exit goodness". I know, mine does not do it anymore.
Wait till you run low on gas and then screen pops up, and won't go away, telling you closest gas stations. THAT is very annoying.
Bumping this old thread but I've gotta say: This is annoying the living crap out of me! There seems to be no way of turning this crap off on a 2019 model.
