You will void your warranty on the Drivetrain if you put the pipe in. Is it really worth it for a little more power? We are not talking about a race car here. It is a small family luxury SUV.
The only way you can get away doing this is if the dealer service dept. installs it. I had long tube headers installed on my Corvette when it was new by my dealer and they said it would not void my warranty.
Honestly, I wouldn't take the chance.

Sounds like someone needs to read the Magnuson-Moss warrant Act.
First I would like to say thanks to Luke from ftp for hooking me up. Great guy and product, I had this Charge pipe installed for a week now and been driving around testing it out. This pipe definitely made a difference in car, it made the car fun to drive again. The car has better throttle response, less turbo lag and it feels faster. Even my wife feels the difference. I totally recommend the charge for anyone who's looking for a bit of a performance upgrade for very little money.
I installed both the HPS charge pipe and the AEM intake on our 2021 NX F-Sport without any issues. I doubt there was much increase in peak horsepower, but you can certainly tell that the power comes in a lot earlier. Overall, it's a much more responsive vehicle now. My wife likes that the only time there is sound is under moderate to hard acceleration. Cruising on the interstate, it sounds stock. I'll add pictures of my install if any one is interested.
