My Review on the FTP Charge Pipe
Do what BMW owners do... Install the charge pipe & if you have any issues, remove it and take in for service. Just about everyone I know has a race chip installed on their BMW X5 & lots of them also play with the vehicle coding to get extra out of the engine. If they have issues, they pull the race chip and reset the car. Personally, this is nothing compared to mods I've seen. Additionally, I would expect the charge pipe to be significantly more reliable then the current plastic pipe....
One question I do have for the OP is what year is your NX? I've got a '17 and when in sport mode notice zero turbo lag. As a matter of fact, the throttle response is pretty close to my X5 35d... Only downside to sport mode is the abysmal gas mileage. I've only got 700 miles on my NX and I'm getting 19 mpg with mixed highway/city in sport mode.

Hey everybody I'm not putting a gun to head to buy this product. I bought this product at my own will and just wanted to give my review on it. if all u guys worried about warranty then don't get it .No one is forcing u to do anything. I jus wanted to give my opinion on it.
My previous car (IS350) was heavily modded. Intake, exhaust, coilovers, wheels, even painted it ETC. Always got all my warranty and recall stuff done at Lexus no problem. I'm really considering buying this charge pipe.
I don't notice on the mpg but if u wanna know the performance. Both the intake and the charge pipe made a big difference to the car. Better throttle, sounds like u have a bov, it jus pulls harder and the car is not as laggy even on normal mode.
based off of the other pictures posted it looks like you may have the wrong parts, contact their customer support and hopefully they should be able to help you.
