Nx 350
Agree as the 2L Turbo is smooth and powerful once the boost kicks in, but the always-available power of a V6 is tough to beat in my book. Problem is, the NX was engineered to house a 4 cyl engine unless a new smaller V6 comes into the Lexus portfolio of engines - one never knows what could happen in a mid-cycle refresh or next-gen model.
Everytime I hope into the NX from my IS 350, I have to compensate and readjust my throttle habits. As smooth as the 200t is for a turbo, I find it's not for city folks who feel the need for quicker power response.
Furthermore, a FI car can make a ton of power no matter where it is. Going from sea level to 5,000 ft, a boosted car will simply just keep upping the boost and make power while the large displacement motor is starved further and further into a state of irrelevant.
Simply said, the phrase is very outdated and not really applicable at this point in engine technology.
And this is coming from a guy with a 6.2L
I think a lot of NX buyers bought the car for the wrong reason. When they heard TURBO! they thought they were getting a high speed CUV. The boosted 4 on the NX is simply to overcome the weight and while maintaining fuel efficiency. Plain and simple. Don't make the NX more than it was ever designed to be.

I agree on this. We took out an IS250 when my wife was looking for her new car and it put us to sleep. Torqueless and boring. She was much happier with the IS350 and that's what is sitting in the garage lol
Echoing computerwi and Mr645, I prefer the higher responsiveness of my IS 250's V6 over the soft-responding (but eventually more powerful) NX's 2LTurbo any day in city driving. However, I took them both out on the track and although you can't tell from this video, the NX was faster on the track.

I doubt Lexus would offer a NX350. I think they would rather people upgrade to a RX350 now that the 2016 RX shares the same design styling of it's little brother.
RS-R do make coilover kits for the NX, but it's gonna lose the adaptive suspension if you have that and the ride height;s gonna be lowered by ~45mm
