Probably like many of you, I received an emailed invitation to the Lexus Advisory Board this morning. Does anyone have any experience with this or is it a new thing?

I was on the Advisory Board when I had my RX. Every once in a while they would send out a questionnaire.
Also...every once in a while they gave someone $500.00 for being on the board in some kind of lottery they used.
I imagine it's for US residents only? Is there a contact address you can share with me over PM? I would love to get my hands on contributing even if it has 0.01% impact.
I have been on the board for about 2 years. I may be wrong, but I believe you have to be invited, as I was, to join. Maybe someone can tell us if they are on the board by their request.

At one time they had a 500.00 drawing for members. That was the only perk I know of for being on the board and doing all their surveys.
They still have a $500 drawing ever so often. As ronslexus said previously, they supposedly use survey input to see what owners want or need on future models.
Volvos, Jaguars, and Landrovers are owned and manufactured by the Red Chinese. Volvo, lack of reliability has triggered Chinese Owner's to go to the factories to complain directly to the manufacturers.
Personally, I can't bring myself to buy a car made in Red China. 2ndly, I just retired from the Automotive Parts Industry. You would be amazed at the percentage of parts sold thru the Big Auto parts vendors are made in Red China. Some of the parts are adequate for the job, and some aren't. None of them are long term items.

Is there any other colours we should be made aware of Red China ...Oh dear.
