Exclamation TPMS Light stays on

Hi, there is something wrong happening with my car which is NX300 2018 model , I bought the car from a dealer and it had the tire pressure warning sign on the dashboard, but the dealer told me you just need to change the sensors and you’re all good, unfortunately, this wasn’t the case because I have changed the sensors twice and make sure I programmed them with no mistakes but the TPMS indicator stays on, even if I try to delete the error code with my OBD scanner it comes back on when I restart the car, using my OBD scanner the tire pressure was being read by all sensors, but nothing shows up on the dashboard and the TPMS light stays on. Is it just me or anyone has been through this before?

One thing I forgot to mention which is an error code of C2151 shows up which indicates an open circuit, but I just cant understand What should I do with it

A C2151 code indicates the front TPMS "initiator" is either disconnected or is defective. According to Lexus service literature, the role of the Initiator is to establish communication with the two front tire pressure sensors and determine which is mounted on the right and left side.
The attached drawing shows the location of the front initiator (near the left front wheel). Per Lexus, the front bumper must be (at least partially) removed to access and remove this part.

You may already know this, and it's probably not the cause here (since n0v8or looked up the code).

I believe that even if you've 'programmed' new sensors, you would still need to 'reset' them. I believe this process allows the system to recognize WHICH sensor is on WHICH wheel, and to also set a starting point for the tire pressure.

Please verify this with others.

thank you for this valuable information
After checking the initiators plug, there was a lot of corrosion that I easily removed then dried both sides of the plug, after that I tried re-plugging it and finally there is no TPMS light on the dash anymore

I appreciate your reply
I have already checked and reset it all TPMS settings however, the problem didn’t go away.
Check my other reply I wrote how I fixed everything, it was a corroded initiator plug, which needed cleaning

Thank you again for your reply

Did you have to remove part of the front bumper in order to access the plug?

Default Front bumper removal necessary?

Not really I just removed the clips from the arch lining (wheel cover or mud cover ) then moved it to the side a bit and the initiator was visible, but not really a big space to work comfortably in ( tight space but still you can unplug or even unbolt the whole sensor and it’s bracket )
