Vibration when braking
Hi Everyone. Wanted to see if I can get some input on this. Drove my wife's 2016 NX the other day up to the mountains and noticed that the brakes were vibrating pretty hard when I was breaking down hill at about 55-60 mph. I instantly though of front brakes and rotors and so I replaced those and you can still feel it. Even on straight roads once I apply the breaks. I can feel it on the break pedal, almost like it bounces back on my foot when applying the breaks. Can anything else from the suspension components cause this?
TIA

If suspension is the culprit, you can see it in uneven tire wear. Check rear brakes as well, as vibration can transmit from rear brakes. Check tire balance again. Not every tire shop does nice job in balancing. Lastly, I would take a look at rims. If one of the rims has a bent, especially on inside diameter, tire balancing may not fix it (seems counter intuitive) but you will feel it. However, in this case you should also feel it as slight vibration at high speed and without braking.
Crazy but the rebalancing did it. I never thought I could get vibrations that bad from needing balancing. Maybe just accumulated from the terrible Colorado roads. They also confirmed that the wheels were not bent.
Either way. Thank you all for taking the time in responding! Now I know a few other things to check if it was to happen again.

Have a shop check your rear brake rotors. Rear rotor are much thinner, often solid/non-vented varieties. Thus, they can be easily warped in hard braking, or during sustained operations with the parking brake on. If you are feel vibration in the pedal, the rotors will be badly warped, maybe even visible to the naked eye.
