Ct Meet July 18? 19?
Considering a mini-meet/cruise night for Connecticut on July 18th maybe? That's a fri... 19ths good too, whichever is easier. If I can guage any interest, I was thinking some serious go-karting http://www.karttrak.com/ these things are indoor, go a little over 40mph, and the lap times are recorded to a 100th of a second. Good fun, and then perhaps after that hit the berlin turnpike, those of you that arn't from around here, 10 or 15 mile 3 lane straightaway where there's a cruise night every fri and sat night with all kinds of pimped cars. Anyone interested in getting something going, just PM me or leave a post of somesort so we can get something together in CT for a change and turn some heads!!!

I read somewhere that Krispy Kreme has opened recently along the Berlin Turnpike. That place is like 10X better than Dunkin', I tried it the first time in Arizona three years ago. Maybe that's also something to consider in addition to go-karting and cruisin'

Could we push this back to the next weekend? (25,26)? I stopped by the dealership today and my service person told me 2 MORE WEEKS!! The T/C is already there but they are still waiting for the tranny.

Nice, well I'm glad we got some interest here, well sense nobody seems to have any plans for either date, I was thinking either the 19th, or maybe august 1st. The 25th is out because I'll be in florida. So 18th or 1st i guess? Up to you guys, and ya, there's a krispy kreme, very good might I add, big meeting spot for the VW's on the weekends too so we can roll in and stur some of those guys up. haha.But I see you guys are puttin some mods together so maybe august 1st is better, up to you guys though, let me know.

August 1st I will be out of town. I just left the dealer, she said the tranny wont be in the country until the 15th. I am not TRYING to come down there in a stock ES300. (too bad my Dronnels wont fit)

Well looks like we're not gonna get to see the turbo quite yet DGOT20s, but in that case how's Saturday the 19th sound to everybody? Anybody have any ideas other than karttraks and the turnpike? Pike's more of a night thing, that's when everybody comes out is after dark so we should prob plan for an afternoon time around 4 or 5 maybe? We can go karting and maybe just chill somewhere for a while, lunch at hooters or something along those lines? If anybody has any other ideas let me know but I guess we're shootin for the 19th then.

A meal at Hooter's sounds nice. I've never been to a Hooter's before, and I guess you could say I'm missing out a lot

THE PLAN
So lexusk8, steviej, vssc400, and jbbnet are all in for sure right? We'll plan for sat the 19th, meet up at kart-traks around 4pm? It's exit 42 off I-91, take a right and its about .5 miles on the left. Real easy to get to. Check out eachothers rides, do some kart racing, then we'll head down to hooters, convince some of the girls to come out and take some pics. Then we can just cruise the pike all night, check out some of the other cars out there, there are many, and we'll call it a night. And if you guys know anyone else with lexo's bring them along!!
