hey guys... in an effort to organize one large meet for 2013 that most, if not all people can make it to, i wanted to get everyone's input on when is a good time for everyone to make it out to one.
i've noticed that sunday's are typically a good day, and i'm thinking later on at the end of the season so that everyone can plan their schedule accordingly. i was also thinking it could be in the south jersey area, as that is right around the mid way point for most members.
i have a few ideas about the location so let me know so i can start planning the venue and putting out information. for me personally, all i need to know is the date with some advanced notice so i can request off from work.
hopefully everyone makes a serious effort to make it out. no one wants to see NELOC die so help keep it alive!!! feel free to post suggestions below

I've been actually contemplating the same idea of a NELOC Mega meet towards the end of summer before the weather starts cooling down again. We just need to find a location that will be ideal for everyone. Basically a 2 hour drive for most folks.
I think this is a good idea. We should have these type of meets anually. 1 at the beginning of the season and 1 at the end of the season. I say if we have it it should be somewhere in like MD or Delaware. I think that is pretty much central and should be a 3hr drive for the VA and NY guys.

. I also think that whatever date is decided that it be a Saturday, not Sunday. This would be a 3 hour drive for most folks and I'd hate to be stuck in Sunday traffic heading back home with everyone else going back to NY.
FIRST ANNUAL NELOC MEGA MEET!!! Let's get this going guys.

Yea idk whats in Delaware either since the only time ive been to that state is to drive thru it haha. Im pretty sure we have some NELOC members that lives in that state that would be able to chime in for recommended spots. I will try to look up some places and maybe try to drive down there to scope out the scene for a good place.
Yea i was just looking up attractions in Delaware and it looks like Rehoboth looks like a popular place. Now question is are we just meeting up to hang out or are we trying to do like a BBQ.
