This is a 4+ hour drive for me and I'm sure everyone else in NY. This meet should definitely be held on a Saturday. Maybe we can caravan down on Friday night and all stay in a central or certain location.
I've been down in DE for a several years since coming from NY but truthfully I do not know any spots locally here. There's maybe one spot that I can look into and will ask around. The car scene down here is lame and the so called meets I've seen and read about take place outside of restaurants and at the I-95 rest stop.

And, in most cases, Saturday's the best day for a meet.
We offered to have the meet at my friend's location in South Jersey right in the middle of DC/VA and PA and NY, but it went over like a lead balloon I'm not sure if he's willing to offer his place up again after the politics that were a result of the last meet.

alright guys i'm happy to announce that i have a location in mind and i will be making a phone call to the county to see if they will approve the event. according to the website, they host weddings, corporate meetings, and "everything in between". so hopefully that means car meets lol.
i'm shooting for august 25th which is a sunday. it will be in the south jersey area, just outside of philly. i will update this thread as soon as i get updated myself. just keep the date in mind and try to start scheduling around it. if we can get enough people, this should truly be an epic meet. one that you don't want to miss!

I have a location that came to mind that I've passed several times before. In just over a week I'll be in that area again and will make it my duty to see if a meet can be held there. I'll keep you all posted.
