TJ, I emailed the organizer of the show regarding designated NELOC parking and he told me that we'll be taken care of. We'll need to roll in no later than 10am.

Yes. Some of us are staying at aloft in chesapeake and we know we need to at the show at 10am the latest, if we want to park together. If u want u can meet us there around 9ish or recommend a meet up point.

 

Hey guys I think im gonna head down Friday. The guys I had originally planned on caravanning with aren't going down til Saturday morning. Just wondering if anyone could figure out where I could meet up with the caravan down on Friday. My route is from Waynesboro Va 22980. Could anybody good with a map figure out how we could cross paths and what time I should be there.

I know ive been gone for a while and wasn't here long when I was. I did have my NELOC stickers and all but I wouldn't expect to park with the group. but if I register just to park inside the event in general, are you obligated to stay the length of the event? or if I had to leave would that be possible?

 

Didnt mean from the hotel but I guess i can meet you all there in the hotels lot. I wasn't going to
come down from DC on Friday, it'll be Saturday
early morning. If anyone was doing the same, probably catch a caravan of rolling Lexus or something.

 

From what i know (not 100%) we are taking 95 all the way down and then cutting across the 64. If that is the case can scoop u (and who ever else that wants to join) somewhere in richmond. I think the registration is closed if u did not register as yet. I dont know the rules of the show but i do know some shows, u cant leave untill its done so u r locked in.

Ill let u know if we have another meet up point.

It will be great to have as much lexus's parked together.

No you either pay for show field parking or park in spectator. This is one of the biggest shows on the east coast and we barely have enough room for paid competing cars. Sorry to seem like a ***** just the way it is. It's only $5 more than spectator parking after you use the discount code I gave Neloc. My bad being Mia and not being more active on here but I've been trying to talk to jimmy as much as I could with my work schedule and after my car accident that nearly destroyed my car. As far as I know there has been space semi reserved for Neloc. Just have to have you there by 10am. Stragglers will tried to be fit in but no guarantees.

 

I can meet the caravan anywhere they want. Richmond sounfs great. Just give me a time and place and ill be there.

I can meet a caravan anywhere. I just can't leave early Friday. I should be home about 10pm Friday (live near fedex field, 15 min outside of DC). If I leave around midnight-ish or earlier, or whatever, I'll just sleep in my SC at the hotel in the lot next to everyones Lexus lol Night watch/ fire guard. I'm small so my SC is like a good room minus a bathroom and kitchen.

Hey everyone, see you all at the Springfield meetup. When everyone is heading to VA BEACH, do not take I-64 E because the roads are bad especially for all you low and stretched tires people. So many people had blown tires at this road.
