Guys you might want to start to book your rooms now. The closer the date get the more the rooms are going to cost and chances of the rooms being sold out.

^ you guys need to promote this event more and more heavily.

Phones Calls
Emails
Text Messages
Smoke Signals Etc.

That is how I used to handle these high profile events.
