Good places to Iceskate north jersey
Anyone got a good place to go iceskate north jersey around montclair? At night around 9-10pm ish?

I was thinking about Central Park, but I am a bit iffy about driving into Manhattan.

mike, don't worry about taking your car to the city, just do what I do:
tip the parking dude 5 bucks and he'll park ur car right up in front where all the lambos, ferrari's and porsches go.
makes leaving so much easier and gives you peace of mind

they be all the same to me. u can find cheaper rates if u find them away from major tourist sites like 34th n madison square garden, 42nd and times square, 14th st and union square, etc etc

any lot in NYC i ask can i park my own car...
if i go into a garage where they have to take my car on an elevator and such there's nothing i could do....
but i try to find the self park garages which there is one right around the skating rink... a big one too... i believe it was right around wintuk

Go to Wollman Rink in Central Park . . The experience will be well worth the drive into NYC. There's also Bryant Park which is free but it doesn't compare to skating at Wollman. You probably won't find anything in Northern NJ outside of ice hockey rinks.

It's funny you mention Montclair because as soon as I saw the thread I automatically thought about Montclair State. My cousin goes there and said they have ice skating but you have to go on their website to find out the schedule. There's also a place in Hackensack but I can't remember the name. Try doing a google search.

Bryant park rink is free if you have ur own skates.
there's one in jersey city too, which is close to the newport/pavonia path station.
