danger: something is wrong here... please share info
We were doing the coil packs in the gfs carit had been shaking and won't accelerate past 35 without a whole lot of effort. Coil packs were the direction the autozone cel sensor pointed us in. I'll have to get another reading. Also the spark plug in cylinder1 I think was caked with burnt oil. I looked briefly at the grommet and it looks just as functional as the other two on the front side. So I dunno, I'm hoping this is something that has happened before around here or someone can say oh yeah, its that.... At any rate thnx in advance for any info shared.

I'm with jim, we need a lot more info. Exact codes, all of them, how long this has been happening, what the general course of problems led up to it, etc. The more info the better... being as you replaced coilpacks, going to assume misfire codes, which could mean a whole lot of issues... just gotta get us more data...

I agree with both RTIS250 and mitsuguy. They need more info like how many miles on your car and maintenance history. It's strange that you have 4 misfire code at the same times.Autozone code reader may not give you which cylinder actually stored the code and which one is "pending".
Did you replace the correct coil packs ? Do you know that bank 2(2,4&6) is the easiest bank to replace spark plugs or coil packs? You will see bank 2 as soon as you open the hood...lol.

multiple cylinder misfires, we need to find out what is common amongst those cylinders... would be handy if we could see live data and see how often each of those cylinders are misfiring... couple cheap tests include switching coil packs from one cylinder to another and seeing if the misfires follow the coil... running excessively lean or rich can cause misfires as well... could also be timing related...
lots of potential issues here, gotta start narrowing them down... not that it cant be done without a scanner, it may prove difficult...
