I had new Conti Ext DWS installed, along with 4 wheel alignment. Car has slight pull to the right, went back to independent shop that performed 1st alignment and they made corrections again. It still pulls slightly to the right. What is the experience of others, should I be able to expect a neutral steer going down a flat road?
Below are the recent results after correction;
FRONT LEFT RIGHT
Caster 7.5 7.5
Camber -0.7 -0.6
Toe 0.05 0.05
Total Toe 0.10
REAR
Camber -1.3 -0.9
Toe 0.20 0.20
Thrust Angle 0.0

I would say your camber angles might be to blame. They should be even unless you are only ever turning one direction at very high speed (I.E. Nascar) LOL.
ArmyofOne Thanks for the feedback. Is the camber even adjustable on these cars?
Probably tire pulls. You can ask them to cross the front tires, even if the tires are directional it won't hurt to drive them only for a few miles.
You can not adjust the camber on the IS or most of Lexus cars. The camber stay in the negative side which is good because you only have camber pulls when your car have the + camber.

I am sorry, i thought I read in there somewhere you had suspension work, it must have been another thread I was reading in a different tab.
No the camber is not adjustable, which means VVT-i is likely correct. Have them cross the front tires and see if the pull changes to the other side.

even so, camber is such a minimal pull angle... one tenth of a degree will not cause a pull, and even the .4 difference in the rear would be hard pressed to cause a pull...Originally Posted by ArmyofOne

I agree that it is most likely a tire issue... definitely rotate the fronts side to side and see if the pull changes...
The tires have been swapped side to side in the front. (left to right ) The tires are not directional. This is not a heavy pull to the right just a slight veer right.

I still say tires are to blame... your alignment settings are fine (so long as the tech is being honest - it is easy to "fabricate" alignment settings) and if it didn't pull before the new tires and does now, its the tires... the general consensus is that if you swap side to side, the pull should change, but I have seen it where it does not. Who is doing the work for you? If the alignment and tires are done at the same shop, then I would hand them the keys and say fix it, it was fine before. If you were standing in my shop with this issue, I would have already replaced the front two tires at minimum as a diagnostic tool...
If they were done at different shops, you may get the blame game where each shop blames the other, though still, with a printout of alignment settings, and an ever present pull, the tire shop should still replace the front two tires. They don't get charged anything - they can send the tires back for 100% credit, so don't feel bad... They also may replace just one at a time, but whatever it takes...
I'm not a huge fan of the Conti's - personally, I'd swap to a better tire in general...
mitsuguy Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate the help but I can't see how if I swap tires from right to left and still have a pull to the right that it is the tires. Once worked in a tire & alignment shop, but that was many years ago.
no problem - not saying it is common, but I've seen some pretty weird things...

Your alignment looks fine. The radial belts in the tires are causing the pulls. Could also be road conditions.
